Production Leadtime

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your order excluding delivery time. Please take note of our lead time and plan your orders accordingly. For public holidays, it will be considered as a “off” day. Our official cut-off timing is 2pm, any payment confirmation made after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Please allow further time for personalized orders depending on your quantity, complexity and availability. Should you require your items sooner, do contact us and see how we can make any possible arrangement (subject to our schedule and availability).

Payment Method

1) Direct Bank Transfer

Payment should be made within 24-36 hours upon placing your order and will only be processed after payment has been received*. You may make your payment via direct bank transfer (Internet Banking or ATM) to our account below:

*Note: Please allow 1 – 3 days* to verify the bank transfer. For transfer made from OCBC account or via FAST – payment will be credited immediately. For Non-Instant Funds Transfer via other local banks other than OCBC, payment will only be credited on the 3rd working day.

Optional: You can reply to us via your order receipt email which you will receive after you “Place Order” and provide a soft copy (print screen/photo of receipt) of the transactions details (showing account number and amount) after payment made.

Delivery Option

1) By Post

Type: Singpost Ordinary Mail
Method: Letterbox
Standard: 2-5 working days
Note: Finethinks will not be responsible and no compensation will be provided for the parcel/package in the event the parcel/package is lost, missing and/or non-delivered and choosing Singpost Ordinary Mail will be at the customers’ own risk.

Type: Singpost Registered Mail
Method: Doorstep
Standard: 2-5 working days
Note: Registered Article is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery in Singapore. For any unsuccessful delivery be it local or overseas, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee’s address. For local item, you can collect the item from the designated post office.

2) Courier

Local courier delivers to any address within Singapore (except Sentosa, Jurong Island, Army camps, restricted access zone, cargo complex etc.) Our local delivery persons are reliable and will handle all parcels with care. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days from when it is ready. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time frame for delivery.

Please ensure that there will be someone able to receive your order at your specified address and agreed delivery date and time as re-delivery will incur extra charges.

3) Self Collection

Currently not available.
